Bill Brewer
Bill Brewer, 65, executive vice president of the American Quarter Horse Association for 17 years, has been selected to take over as the Interim NCHA Executive Director effective March 1. He was employed with the AQHA for 37 years and retired in March 2009. Brewer will also chair the selection committee charged with finding and recommending a new NCHA executive director.
